John Bull Bleeds Hypocrisy from His Rectum

The decision of the British Parliament to deny Donald Trump’s address of that body reeks of hypocrisy as craven as it is laughable. The decision to arrange for the Trump state visit to take place at a time in August when the parliament is in recess is the deliberate attempt on the part of a corrupt and reprehensible British political class to deny a sitting American president the opportunity to deliver remarks of goodwill from the leader of a country supposedly in possession of a “special relationship” with the leaders and people of another. A greater mound of horse shit could not be created even if piled up with steam shovels. The resistance to the parliamentary address is that Donald J. Trump does not represent the “values” of the British people. Really? How are the values of the British people with respect to the acceptance of foreigners? Britain is one of the most racist nations on the face of the earth. See how welcoming they are of newcomers in places like London, Manchester or the Midlands. How sporting and civil are the British when their troops of thugs and hooligans wreak havoc at soccer venues all across the Continent of Europe? It seems that people who live in glass houses should not throw stones. How about how the British monarchy and royal family are representative of the last widely recognized vestiges of a system of colonial oppression that dates back centuries. Even one of the most recent parliamentary speakers, the pip squeak John Bercow, could not shout out his insipid call for “Ooooorder “enough times to make light of Britain’s sordid imperial past. If you’re English, dislike Donald J. Trump because of his aggressive foreign and domestic agenda, his anti-illegal immigrant position, and his opposition to the globalist order; dislike him because of his brash and unpolished political expression, or his tendency to speak in the terms of the ordinary voters who put him into office. Whatever you do, however, don’t try and rationalize dislike for Trump because he fails to live up to the imagined hyper-perfect standards of proper British society. That is as disingenuous as the man who breaks wind in your face and tries to blame it on you. Frankly, if I were Donald Trump, I would most decidedly decline the invitation of the dilettante Charles and his parliamentary toadies. No American president worthy of his self-respect should ever agree to address a body of wankers as phony and arrogantly delusional in outlook as the British Parliament. John Bull is suffering from an acute case of hypocrisy running out his back passage.
