Without missing a beat, Democratic party leadership is locking step in its failure to universally and categorically condemn the violence erupting across the country in relation to ICE raids and roundups of the millions of illegals allowed into the United States. Chief among them, Gavin Newson, Karen Bass, Hakeem Jeffries and Tim Walz, believe they are experiencing another George Floyd moment where their brand of violent rhetoric against ICE officers will force the nation to once again acquiesce and be cowed into submissive surrender to the tactics of the radical, Marxist Left wing of the Democratic party. They are dead wrong!

Maybe Democrats are too caught up in believing their own propaganda about “revolution in the streets” to be aware of how we now have an occupant of the White House prepared to use blunt force, if necessary, against any and all agitators, rioters, and disruptors of civility, law and order. Maybe Democrats have become so unhinged at the thought of their loss of power that they are failing to read the mood of the country with respect to the unprecedented years long attack against American sovereignty. To be clear, Americans are in favor of legal immigration and the aspirations of people who genuinely want to come to make a better life for themselves and their families. What Americans are not in favor of is the tsunami powered invasion of illegals paroled into the country by the hand of a corrupt Biden Administration, who willfully facilitated the gross violation of American law allowing it to happen.

The president of the United States is charged with protecting the American people and taking care that the laws be faithfully executed. These are two of his most important Constitutional functions. When radicals impede federal officers from executing the law they are not engaging in a form of peaceful protest, rather, they are criminally obstructing, and the full force of law should be brought to bear on preventing such actions. This includes elected officials as well. Any politician who aids and abets these illegal actions by word or action should face the appropriate sanctions, including removal from a position of political leadership. As Democrats who served on the January 6th Committee were so fond of saying, “nobody is above the law.”

We once again have a president who is not afraid to use the tools of law to reign in the continued onslaught of those who resort to mayhem and thuggery to make political points. America has reached a tipping point, and those in positions of power better start remembering that the governed have limits with respect to tolerance for the lawless society America has become. There is a new sheriff in town, and High Noon has arrived!
